Indibet Affiliate Program

As a member of the Affiliate Program, the participant will be responsible for promoting Indibet in the following ways: 

• Placing advertisements on websites;
• Sending emails and messages with attached hyperlinks;
• Placing approved Indibet content on websites and etc.

Only information that is approved by Indibet app may be used to participate in the Indibet promotion. Affiliate program members may only use creative advertising materials that have received written approval from our company representatives. 

By using affiliate tags you will be able to ensure the referral of new customers to the Indibet Affiliate Program. The way in which a tag is used is the responsibility of the partner of Indibet. The affiliate must ensure that the links he uses to refer new clients are placed and used correctly.

Indibet pays affiliates in the Affiliate Program a commission income, which depends on the turnover of each client referred. The amount of affiliate income is determined according to the Affiliate Program Commission Structure of Indibet. The necessary conditions to receive affiliate income are:

• A minimum of 6 active referred clients;
• No interruptions in the promotion of Indibet. 

If these conditions are not fulfilled, Indibet reserves the right to partially or entirely withhold commission payments to Affiliate Program members. The basis for stopping the payment of monthly income to an Affiliate may be: 

• Lack of activity in attracting new users for more than two months;
• Insufficient number of active referrals (less than 6);
• Actions of the affiliate aimed at reducing Indibet’s income from referred clients intentionally or accidentally. 

Affiliate Program commission income, which is calculated based on the Affiliate Program Commission Structure, will be credited on all transactions that a customer makes with a merchant as long as the affiliate remains a member of the Affiliate Program.

An Affiliate Program participant of Indibet acts as a referral agent of the company, who has the right to attract new clients. Not withstanding this, Indibet is the one who takes ownership of the Client, at the moment of first contact with him/her. We reserve the right to refuse to open accounts for new clients, to close active accounts if necessary to comply with requirements that already exist or that are established from time to time. 

A user who has opened an Indibet account becomes our Client immediately after registration. Client rules, policies and operational procedures begin to apply to this person. 

A person who becomes an Indibet referral agent (Affiliate Program member) receives a unique limited licence. It allows our affiliate to use Indibet trademarks on websites, in emails, messages, and other sources. We grant our Affiliate Program members the right to refer new customers to our websites to use our services in accordance with the limited license. 

The limited licence can only be used by the member before the end of the validity period of the licence. Also, Indibet reserves the right to cancel the license of an affiliate at any time for any reason. It will be considered revoked upon termination of the agreement by either party (Indibet or the Affiliate Program member).

An Affiliate Program member of Indibet is completely responsible for the information that is used in the course of promoting Indibet on your websites, in emails, messages and other materials. The Affiliate also commits to pay all costs in the course of promoting Indibet with any information. In the case of any losses and expenses caused by the promotion of Indibet, the Affiliate Program participant is obliged to compensate the losses and to hold the company without any claims arising from the promotional activities of Indibet. 

The contents of our websites remain the property of our websites and are not considered transferred to the affiliate as a result of any action or inaction based on the agreement between Indibet and the affiliate. The participant and Indibet are independent parties of the agreement – no new terms of joint business, franchise, employment relationship, sales representative, agent for Indibet or other relationships are created during the partnership. The Affiliate Program member cannot make statements, accept offers, reject offers, etc. on our behalf. Affiliate actions on behalf of Indibet are forbidden on your websites or other sources until they have been approved by Indibet. 

The licence for the promotion of Indibet begins when the affiliate places links on websites, emails, messages and other sources. The license is a perpetual document that can only be terminated by informing one of the parties in writing of their wish to terminate the current agreement. The license may only be terminated immediately in this way. Termination of the agreement between Indibet and the Affiliate Program participant can be done for any reason at any time at the request of either party of the agreement. 

Email is used for notification of termination. This is accepted as a written and immediate form of notice of termination. 

In the event of termination of this agreement: 

• You should remove all of Indibet’s advertising banners and remove the ability to visit Indibet’s website through the links posted on your websites and other sources;
• In case you fail to fulfil your obligations and duties, Indibet will not pay you the commission income that you are entitled to when you terminate the agreement;
• Indibet may delay payment of commission income for a reasonable period of time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

An Affiliate Program member of Indibet agrees to compensate Indibet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and other persons related to Inidbet for any damage or injury caused by the Affiliate. The Affiliate agrees to protect Indibet and all the aforementioned parties from any and all claims, actions, demands, obligations, losses, damages, judgments, expenses, etc., that may arise. (hereinafter referred to as “Losses”). Indemnification for Losses should be in the amount that they have been incurred to Indibet and other persons related to Indibet in the course of using the limited licence to promote Indibet. 

Indibet makes no guarantee in relation to the Affiliate Program or the payment of the affiliate’s commission income. In addition, we do not guarantee that the operation of the Indibet website will be uninterrupted or error-free. For any interruptions or errors in the operation of Indibet, we are not responsible.

Even if we have been notified of the possibility of Losses occurring in the course of an affiliate’s use of a limited license to promote Indibet, we have no liability for them. Furthermore, Indibet’s aggregate liability in any case of its occurrence cannot exceed the amount of commissions that have been paid or are due to be paid to the affiliate under this agreement. Nothing in this agreement shall be interpreted to grant anybody who is not a party to it any rights, remedies, or advantages.

By agreeing to be a member of the Affiliate Program of Indibet you agree to be bound by this agreement and all its terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that you understand that Indibet may change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. In addition, you agree that you are aware that we may at any time (directly or indirectly) seek to attract customers on terms that may be different to those in this agreement or launch websites comparable to or in competition with your website.

This agreement is intended to be construed in accordance with, and governed by, English law. All disputes, controversies and claims arising out of the use of this agreement should be referred to a single arbitrator. The arbitrator should be appointed by the Arbitration Centre for adjudication, the place of arbitration should be London, England, and the language of the arbitration should be English. In all cases, the decision of the arbitral tribunal will be the final word.

You acknowledge that all terms and conditions are included in this document by reading the terms and conditions of that agreement and accepting them.
